I'm Michael Houston Jr., a retired U.S. Army veteran and now an independent insurance agent right here in Oklahoma City.

After years in the Army, I learned that the people who take care of you are the ones who show up, tell you the truth, and follow through. That's the same standard I hold myself to now. I started the Nine15 Insurance Group because I was tired of watching people get sold a policy instead of being helped, pushed toward whatever pays the biggest commission, rather than what actually protects their family.

My job isn't to sell you insurance. It's to sit down with you, walk through what you actually have, point out what's missing or overpriced, and help you make a decision you understand. No jargon, no pressure, no rush. If it takes three conversations before you're ready, that's fine. I'd rather build something that lasts than close something fast.
